ICGFM’s 2026 International Conference was held March 17-20 at Hotel AKA Alexandria located at 625 First Street in the heart of historic Old Town Alexandria, VA.

Focused on Optimizing Public Assets: Investment, Performance and Building the Future, the conference program speakers addressed how public assets can be harnessed for economic growth and the greater good.
