Eric Uggen
Vice President, Economic Policy and Governance, Cadmus, USA Eric Uggen leads the economic policy and governance service area in Cadmus’ international development division. Eric oversees teams delivering projects focused on strengthening governance, macroeconomic policy development, and more effective domestic resource mobilization and public financial management. Eric has worked in international development for more than 25 years designing, managing, and delivering projects funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development, Millenium Challenge Corporation, the World Bank, and the Inter-American Development Bank. Prior to joining Cadmus, Eric led donor-funded local governance, service delivery improvement, domestic resource mobilization, and public financial management projects at Deloitte and BearingPoint. His experience includes the management and delivery of projects in complex settings, including post-conflict, as well as U.S.-based work focused on process design and operations improvement in financial management. Eric holds an MPA from George Washington University with a concentration in public sector budgeting and public finance, and a bachelor’s degree from Willamette University. Eric is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). |
