Elmazi Salvador

Director of Kosovo Budget Department
 

Mr. Elmazi Salvador is a Director of Kosovo Budget Department, at the Ministry of Finance of Kosovo. In his position, he manages the development of the annual state budget and the mid-term expenditure framework, and assesses how the framework will impact on the budget.

Additionally, Mr. Salvador serves as a Program Manager at the Association of Kosovo Municipalities where he coordinates the work of sectoral collegiums on municipal budget and finance, public services, education, health, and other sectors relevant to municipalities.

He has an extensive background and years of working in the public sector, as well as with international development institutions. He has worked as a Municipal Coordinator for Business Enabling Environment Program in Kosovo (BEEP), which is supported by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), and led by Chemonics International.
