Mark Day is the Special Agent in Charge of the USAID OIG Africa, Latin America Caribbean & European Division. Mr. Day has been a federal criminal investigator for approximately 17 years, transferring to USAID OIG from the U.S. Department of Defense OIG, Defense Criminal Investigative Service. Mr. Day had previously worked for the Indiana State Police with over 16 years of state level police service. He holds a Master’s degree in Technology Leadership from Purdue University, West Lafayette, IN.
