Naa Yawson, Zipline Ghana’s General Manager, oversees Zipline's nationwide service delivery on behalf of the national government. Naa is a pharmacist with 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical operations and quality management systems. She holds a bachelor's in pharmacy from the Kwame Nkrumah' University of Science and Technology and an MBA from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration. Naa was previously Zipline Ghana’s Health Systems Integration Lead, responsible for designing, developing, and operationalizing the company's work with the Ministry of Health. Prior to Zipline, she was the VP of Operations and Regulatory Affairs for one of the country’s biggest local pharmaceutical distributors.
