Jason Wynnycky

Director, Program Financial and Advisory Services

Jason Wynnycky serves as a Director, Program Financial and Advisory Services, for the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC), an independent US foreign assistance agency focused on reducing poverty through economic growth. Leveraging his extensive leadership, experience, and technical expertise from both the private and public sectors, Jason provides oversight and advice on a variety of financial management and human resource matters for several country programs. He also co-leads MCC’s Public Financial Management Community of Practice. Jason is a graduate of the Katz Graduate School of Business, University of Pittsburgh; United States Army War College; Smeal College of Business, Penn State University; and Elliott School of International Affairs, George Washington University. He is a Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) and Project Management Professional (PMP).
