Rita Jupe is principal and founder of The Jupe Group, a facilitation, leadership coaching and organization development consultancy. Rita believes that everyone has the potential to influence the workplace for the better, and to grow. Clients include multilateral development institutions, financial services firms, pharmaceutical and manufacturing companies and trade associations. She works in the U.S., Europe and Asia, and enjoys helping leaders navigate complexity.

Rita was a newspaper reporter in the UK before pursuing her career in the U.S., eventually at CNN. After a stint in crisis management at Dezenhall Resources, Rita joined the International Finance Corporation, World Bank Group, where she went on to become speech writer to the CEO, head of global advisory services communication and an adviser to senior executives on change initiatives.

She earned a Master of Science Foreign Service from Georgetown University and speaks French. Rita enjoys reading fiction and non-fiction and being outdoors.
