Richard Iserman is Senior Manager at IDG, where he has been engaged on the Financial Sector Transparency Activity since 2022. He has worked in international development for 15 years. Prior to his current role at IDG, he worked at DAI Global, Democracy International, FHI 360, and the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars. His past projects include activities focused on monitoring peace and reconciliation, election monitoring, improving cybersecurity infrastructure, and digital workforce development. He served with the United States Peace Corps to build capacity for local NGOs in eastern Ukraine from 2011-2013. He holds a Master's degree in International Relations from the University of Massachusetts in Boston.
