Nsandi Manza

 

Nsandi Manza has over 25 years of overall professional experience in Public Financial Management (PFM) serving in various senior positions in Zambia. Currently she serves as Director of Finance with Ministry of National Development Planning with overall responsibility of preparing financial statements and ensuring adherence to internal controls prescribed in the legal and regulatory framework.

She has a distinguished career in the public sector financial management and was instrumental in undertaking public sector financial management reforms in Zambia, which culminated in implementation of the Integrated Financial Management Information System (IFMIS) and the Treasury Single Account (TSA). She worked in politically sensitive context as Chairperson of the National Task Force on Anti- Money Laundering and Countering Financial Terrorism (AML/CFT) in Zambia. She currently serves on Boards where she collaborates with other board members in assisting organizations achieve their strategic objectives. She holds a MBA - General and MSC in Peace, Leadership and Conflict Resolution. She is a Professional Accountant and holder of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) certificate.

In Zambia, Ms. Manza is an examiner with the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA). She currently sets examinations for two (2) courses namely; Chartered Accountant (CA) Zambia qualification and Diploma in Financial Management - Public Sector.
