Janine Mans

Janine Mans is a Senior Practice Director for Public Financial Management at DAI. She has worked for more than two decades and in more than 20 countries designing and implementing good governance, economic policy, and public administration programs with emphasis on public financial management, local governance, anticorruption, and cross-sectoral programming. Prior to joining DAI in October of last year, Janine work as a Senior Governance Advisor in the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) providing support to missions on the design, monitoring and management of public financial management activities. Earlier, Janine worked for the World Bank on economic governance reform in French-speaking Africa, supported the implementation of USAID-funded economic governance projects globally, worked for a U.S. Department of Transportation contractor, and severed as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Mali. She holds a master’s in international economics from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), and a B.S. in Economics and Political Science from Santa Clara University.
