Mr. Fazal Wahab Mumtaz is a Public Financial Management Expert who has been involved in working with national, international, public and private organizations. He starts the line of communication between stakeholders, organizations, and clients to get assignments done.

Mr. Mumtaz has a diverse experience of around a decade, serving Chief Risk Officer National Bank of Afghanistan, Regional Operations Manager World Bank Project, Senior Advisor and Director Security Sector & Public Expenditure Review in the Ministry of Finance National Project Manager Refugees’ Facilitation Project with ICNA Relief USA Programs and Currently Working as Chief Development Officer with Mission Quest USA.

Mr. Mumtaz implemented national level projects and including Afghanistan’s Public Expenditure Review which resulted in realization of $330 Million Savings in government expenditure.

Mr. Mumtaz holds a Master degree in Economics.
