Mr Dorivaldo was born and raised in Angola, lived for 4 years in Portugal where, in Porto, he finished his higher education. Mr Dorivaldo holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and Accounting. He started his career in 2013 as Analyst at Capital Markets Commission in Angola. In 2015, he was appointed to coordinate the Department of Settlement and Custody and the Department of Activities of the Market Development at The Angolan Securities Exchange (BODIVA). 

After two years working as Coordinator, Mr. Dorivaldo Teixeira, was appointed member of board at the BODIVA, roll that he fulfilled from 2017-2021. In 2021, Mr. Dorivaldo was given the honourable mission to be the head of the Public Debt Management Unit, roll in which he is performing until the present days.
