The USAID Economic Governance Program Chief of Party, Natalia Beruashvili, has more than 25 years of experience in commercial law, tax and customs reform implementation. Prior to the USAID Economic Governance Program, she served as USAID Governance for Growth Chief of Party, Component Lead and Deputy Chief of Party at USAID Economic Prosperity Initiative.

The USAID Economic Governance Program is designed to help Georgia build and institutionalize forward looking economic governance that promotes economic growth by including the voices, needs, and aspirations of all Georgians. The aim of the Program is to support the development of a system that will enforce the consistent and cost-effective economic policy reforms that help Georgia attract private investment.

Natalia holds a PhD in Political Sciences. She also has a LLM in International Tax Law from Edinburgh University, a MA in Commercial Law from Tbilisi State University and a BA in the English Language from Tbilisi State University. Natalia is the author of various publications and articles.
