Kevin Barthel

Kevin Barthel is a professional Geographer with 30 years of global experience, including strengthening of real property rights systems, land policy, and institutional reform to promote economic development. His focus areas are local land governance, revenue mobilization through property tax modernization, and community-led surveying and mapping. Kevin is director and land administration specialist at Millenium Challenge Corporation, where he has been since 2006, and is concurrently the Director of Programs for the Washington, DC-based not-for-profit Global Land Alliance.
